The Orlando Regional International Council (ORIC) is committed to educating the Realtor® family on how to conduct international real estate transactions with foreign nationals and understanding the cultural issues that are an integral part of working with global buyers and sellers. Meetings and events held throughout the year will help you gain a broader understanding of cultural values, customs, and real estate needs of the global market, as well as the expectations of the real estate professional.

EVENTS & NETWORKING
In addition to becoming part of a growing niche market, members are invited to attend quarterly networking meetings and receive timely updates about international markets. Members also have the opportunity to participate in trade missions and local expositions, such as the Orlando Hispanic Business and Consumer Expo.
MEMBERSHIP
ORIC, a dues-based council, uses member dues to help defray the cost of council meetings, which focus on an array of timely international topics. Annual membership dues of $75 provide free access to all ORIC functions throughout the year as well as your business link on our ORIC website.
